Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only.

Shipping is free. The cost is already built into the price, so there's no shipping calculator at checkout and no surprise fee at the end.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then shipped. Transit typically takes 5–15 days. Total time from order to delivery: 6–18 days.

That's slower than most online stores, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. Shipping direct instead of paying for express freight is part of how the price stays honest. It'll be in your bathroom for the next twenty years — you can wait two weeks for it to show up.

Returns

Because this is a personal-care item, we don't accept returns for change of mind once an order has shipped.

If your razor arrives with a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it — no charge, no hassle. Email support@liferrazors.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll take it from there.

Warranty

Every LIFER razor's metal body is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If the handle or head fails because of how it was made — not because of wear, misuse, or a bad drop — we'll replace it. Blades are consumable and aren't covered under warranty.
